Pocket Friendly Dispatch LLC (“PFD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the PFD website collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.
1. Business and Contact Information
Pocket Friendly Dispatch LLC
Email: support@pocketfriendlydispatch.com
Phone: (929) 363-9775
Company Address:
30 N Gould St
Sheridan, WY 82801
2. Information You Provide
When you complete the Carrier Assessment, contact form, or another inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, DBA, city and state, MC or DOT information, business and equipment information, compliance status, service interests, preferred contact method, referral source, and free-text responses. Please do not submit information that is unnecessary, highly sensitive, or that you are not authorized to provide.
Appointment scheduling is provided through PFD’s verified Google scheduling link. When you follow that link, Google processes the information you submit under its own terms and privacy practices.
3. Information Collected Automatically
The site and its service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and security, server, or caching logs. WordPress and necessary security, form, hosting, and caching technologies may use cookies or similar storage required to operate and protect the site.
PFD uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0R8WEDXMBC) for basic website analytics. Analytics is configured as an optional category and should not load until a visitor accepts analytics cookies through the consent banner. Visitors can reject analytics without losing access to the site and can reopen Cookie settings to change their choice.
4. How We Use Information
- receive, review, and respond to inquiries and Carrier Assessments;
- evaluate service fit and recommend possible next steps;
- communicate about requested services, appointments, or support;
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, cache, and improve the website;
- measure basic site use when analytics consent is given;
- maintain business and compliance-related records; and
- prevent misuse and comply with lawful obligations.
Submitting an inquiry or assessment does not automatically create a client relationship. PFD may follow up by email or phone using the contact information you provide.
5. Forms, Email, and Workflow Processing
WPForms Lite and SureForms process website form submissions. WP Mail SMTP routes website email through PFD’s configured email-delivery provider. The Carrier Assessment also uses an active server-to-server workflow to transmit submitted assessment data to PFD’s Base44 CRM/workflow environment for intake and follow-up. These providers process information for PFD subject to their services, security measures, and applicable terms.
6. Other Service Providers
PFD may disclose information to operational service providers that support hosting, WordPress administration, forms, email delivery, appointment scheduling, analytics, CRM and workflow automation, security, caching, integrations, and backups. Confirmed website services include WordPress and the site host, WPForms Lite, SureForms, WP Mail SMTP and its configured mail-delivery provider, Base44, Google Calendar scheduling, Google Analytics 4, LiteSpeed Cache, Complianz, UpdraftPlus, and Duplicator. Elementor and Astra support site presentation and administration.
Service providers may process information only as needed to perform their services or as otherwise permitted by their contracts and law. PFD may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
PFD does not sell or rent personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Disclosures to operational service providers described above are not treated by PFD as sales.
7. Payments and SureCart
The SureCart plugin is installed, but the audited configuration is not connected to a live store and no live website checkout or payment-card workflow was confirmed. This policy therefore does not state that PFD collects payment-card information through this website. This section must be reviewed before any commerce feature is enabled.
8. Cookies and Your Choices
Necessary cookies and similar technologies support WordPress, security, forms, and essential site operation and are not optional. Analytics is optional. The consent banner provides equally available “Accept analytics” and “Reject analytics” choices, a customization view, and a persistent Cookie settings control for changing a recorded browser choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website.
The Google appointment page is external to PFD’s website and may use Google cookies or collect information under Google’s policies. PFD does not control the external page’s cookies.
9. Retention
PFD retains inquiry, assessment, communication, operational, security, and technical records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business and recordkeeping needs, dispute prevention, security, or legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups for a limited period until removed through normal backup rotation.
10. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you by emailing support@pocketfriendlydispatch.com. Please provide enough information for PFD to verify and locate the relevant records. PFD may need to verify identity and may retain information when required for security, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or to protect rights.
11. Security
PFD uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website and the information processed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and PFD cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. PFD does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact PFD so the matter can be reviewed.
13. Policy Updates
PFD may update this policy as the website, services, or practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when an updated policy is posted. Material changes may also be communicated through the site where appropriate.
